Chelsea 1-1 Premier League draw against Manchester United
Manchester United were unable to make it two wins from two under interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Chelsea in the Premier League.
Chelsea responded spectacularly to clinch a well-deserved 1-1 Premier League draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford thanks to a spectacular strike from .Moises Caicedo. In his first Premier League game as interim United coach until new manager Ruben Amorim takes over next week, Ruud van Nistelrooy's team put up a fierce fight against the visiting team.
And when Bruno Fernandes scored a penalty kick on the 70th minute, following Rasmus Hojlund's awkward dismissal by visiting goalie Robert Sanchez, they believed they had won the three points. However, Casemiro was only able to half head away a corner, and four minutes later Caicedo scored a fantastic first goal of the season by hammering the ball low into the net. Chelsea hasn't won a league game at Old Trafford since 2013, but Enzo Maresca's team moves up to fourth place on goal differential with 18 points, ahead of London rivals Arsenal.
