The Bayer Leverkusen boss is expected to show a strong interest in the Turkish international, Arda Guler. Despite having a difficult first season at Real Madrid, Guler made an impression on many with his little opportunities. There is a lot of anticipation surrounding the ace ahead of the upcoming season, especially after his outstanding efforts for Turkey at the Euros.

Guler joined the Real Madrid squad last summer, but it wasn't until the conclusion of the campaign that he truly established himself. His early fitness problems are primarily to blame for it. However, this hasn't stopped some of the premier teams in Europe from trying to recruit him. With the arrival of players like Kylian Mbappe and Endrick, he has been unable to get more play time on the field and thus could benefit from a move to Leverkusen as well.
