Bayern takes another big hit in Bundesliga

Bayern slips once more.

The purpose of Bayern Munich's trip to Heidenheim was to prepare them for their Champions League quarterfinal matchup against Arsenal on Tuesday. But in front of a 15,000-strong sell-out crowd, it became a nightmare as Bayern frittered away a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2. Promoted Heidenheim is known for being a challenging team to play against. Still, it appeared improbable that the home team, managed by Frank Schmidt, could mount a comeback after Bayern had controlled the first half of the match and led by two goals.

But FCH prevailed, with Kevin Sessa and striker Tim Kleindienst stealing the show once more. After another expertly placed cross from Jan-Niklas Beste, he scored the equalizer. Later, Kleindienst scored another goal with an assault that left Bayern's defense looking absolutely bewildered.
