Barcelona is interested in Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha
La Liga heavyweights Barcelona are reportedly the front-runners to sign 18-year-old Brazilian wonderkid Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha, a target for Liverpool.
Barcelona is interested in Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha, according to a report by the Catalan publication E Noticias. Liverpool is also interested in the offensive sensation from Vasco do Gama. The Catalan giants, however, seem more likely than the Reds to sign the 18-year-old wonderkid. Among the many highly regarded prodigies making their mark and becoming more well-known in their own country is Rayan Vitor Simplicio Rocha, best known by his first name. The Rio de Janeiro native, who joined Vasco da Gama at the age of six in 2012, has spent his early years with the team.
The 18-year-old has advanced significantly since then as he has made his debut for the first team. In the past 18 months, the young player has grown in prominence, making 38 appearances thus far and contributing three goals and one assist. He made his first-team debut for Vasco da Gama last year.
