According to the club, this transaction will provide money for much-needed defensive reinforcements. Even though Fagioli hasn't been a consistent starter, the Bianconeri are sure of his value and think they can get a good price for him. 

PSG, which is renowned for its desire to sign young players, has apparently expressed the most interest in making a January transfer or summer transfer a reality. Juventus would be taking a calculated risk by selling Fagioli.
